What do you take for pain relief instead of tylenol or other over the counter meds?
What do you do for severe menstrual cramping and pain?
Again other than the regular OTC stuff. Those just come back up again as nausea is also in the picture.

I take Magnesium Malate every day to help my muscles relax so that I'm in less pain. There is also a supplement called Zyflamend that helps with pain. Tumeric can help with pain because it's highly anti-inflammatory.
Magnesium Malate is also helpful for menstural cramps since the uterus is a muscle. I also take Tylenol for menstural cramps if I absolutely need it.

I will add that I have a good personal friend who is a PhD biochemist whose wife has had a long history of debilitating chronic illnesses, including scleroderma, but with his help, she had made a remarkable recovery from this life-threatening illness. My last communication from him indicated that they were very enthusiastic about PEA. Here's the link that he recommended:
To be honest, I don't know if he has any financial connection with this website or not, but it wouldn't surprise me if he does because he likes to invest in promising new health-related products.

Turmeric powder takes down muscle and joint pain for me.
I've long rotated narcotic pain meds. I go up too high on any one, so rotate them on a daily basis. I've taken vicodin, tylco#4, tramadol and meperedine.
Start as low as possible on anyone of them, to get them to last. I try to just take something for the night, again to get them to last.
