Well, nothing beats cholestyramine. Not natural, but it works. Do get the compounded version, because the regular stuff has a lot of allergenic ingredients in it (like gum, flavoring, dyes etc.) and inflaming the gut with that stuff can actually be counterproductive. The pure version is a bit gritty to swallow, but you'll get quickly used to that.

I was on cholestyramine twice, and it worked so well at clearing toxins out that I lost a lot of weight, twice. The doctor would tell me to stop, and then the weight would pile back on.
The third time I decided why not just cut back when I reach a reasonable weight, but for some reason it had stopped working for me.
When it did work, it was hard to drink because it seemed to be trying to suck the fat out of my cell walls as it went by. Now it's like drinking water, but I still have a problem getting rid of toxins.
I was diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus (pre cancerous). Later I tested again with a different doctor, after I had been drinking cholesteramine. The doctor couldn't believe I had ever had that diagnosis. I think the cholestryamine pulled those damaged cells right off my esophagus.
The one thing I know is to make sure to have a very empty stomach.

my LLMD (functional med.) had me on some things , but when she switched me to Tox Ease PST by Beyond Balance I noticed a huge difference.
my urine has been very brown for a very long time- years. I always thought it was dehydration no mattter how much I drank of H2O. Then I started the tox-Ease PST and in just a couple of days my urine was pale yellow for the first time in forever!
I felt "unclogged" somehow and I have seen improvement in other areas since.
Beyond Balance only sells through drs. that is a caveat. and their website is a bit lacking.... they won't answer any questions on the phone with patients either, so unleass your dr tells you everything about the products you will never know. I think that part is very crazy.
but their products do help me a LOT.
I have b.duncani for sure, and MSAC (checking for mastocyctosis) just to give you a sense of what's going on with me. I also had EM rash in 2001 and was untreated. so I had bad late stage dis. lyme /lyme altheimers, and all kinds of stuff, and was dx w/ bart too but that has never shown up on any testing ive had.
I did start recently adding the activated charcoal and that did help I think too now , along with the tox-Ease. I changed brands in charcoal becasue the Quicksilver was way too strong ofr me.
INFRA RED SAUNA also greatly helps my detox! - start slow.
