I do two to three 25 minute ozone saunas at 103 degrees and max ozone. I cannot recall what the max is but will find out tonight when I go.

I started doing them in November. My liver enzymes go up to quickly for ABX anymore so I am using several approaches to knock down the infection.

I like the Ozone Sauna and think it is a good complimentary approach for me. I feel very relaxed and content after the session usually doing them twice a week at 7:30PM and at 10AM on Saturday. I usually sleep very well.

Drink lots of water or mineral water afterwards. I got light headed a couple of times when I waited about an hour before replenishing fluids.

I have not found a downside but I do not know if I did it every other day if would make a bigger difference.

I will add a couple UVB IV's in May to see if that will further help. I have not done any UVB's in over 18 months but want to see if I now notice an improvement. I will also do a couple more DMPS IVs.

All the Best, MattH

I have tried the IV Ozone treatments with mixed success. They do seem to provide a boost.

I have heard of an Ozone treatment that recycles the blood and infuses the Ozone at the same time. Rather than draw the blood, add the Ozone to the drawn blood, and then return the combination via drip IV.

Anyone heard of this?

The Ozone sauna that I use is a steam had shell sauna with your head outside the top. I have a towel wrapped about the next so all the heat and ozone stays inside the 1 person hard shell white sauna.

I am now down to two saunas a month and always feel much better after I get the 25 minute sauna. The ozone is pumped in with the steam into the hard shell so your pores are open and can absorb the ozone.

I think longer sessions might be better but where I go the sessions are 25 minutes. I have been doing them for a little more than 30 months now. Temperature is set at 104 F now.

All the Best,

MattH

30 months?
Wow. Does it irritate the skin? Do you get wrinkles?
Did you heal yet? [woohoo]
