will try to explain the head pain I'm having,
there is a section of my head to the right of my crown [roughly between my right ear and crown] this area is somewhat sensitive to touch, sore/painful hurts when I lean forward or backward, stretch or exert myself in an upward motion,
sometimes even when I walk or during eating. its definitely worse at morning time.
A lot of my head has a semi-numbness, tingling sensation, this stretches to my temples and side of face, back and sides of neck and down to my collarbone also lots of discomfort/pain there

So sorry you are going through this - perhaps you are herxing? Maybe you need to back off a little to let your body adjust and deal with the toxins.
Apple pectin is a binder too.
Btw - please break up your posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme.
To do this click the "Edit Post" tab, make your changes, then click "Edit Post" at the bottom. Thanks.

do you think it would make sense to take more than one binder ie.. apple pectin or bentonite clay as well as the chlorella?

I don't think it would hurt (but I am not a doctor). You have to make sure to take it away from any medicines, etc as it will bind them too and eliminate them from your body.
