I know for obvious reasons you should space out abx and charcoal, (probiotics too)

What about other binders like
chlorella and Spirluna?

Whats a safe time frame ?

Thanks 💚

That's a great question. There's so many products that need to be taken on an empty stomach.

The most common directions are to wait 1 hour after taking an empty stomach product before eating, or wait 2 hours after eating before taking it.

If I wake in the night, I choose one to take and go back to bed. For me, that's the easiest 3 hours to avoid food.

Hi daisys thank you!

Yes I heard about a similar trick with a fellow member whose husband would take his charcoal in the middle of the night since he would be awake a few times anyway to use the bathroom. I do this with the charcoal too. Very convenient.

I do know regarding probiotics its usually 3 hours for spacing.

I don't know much about the chlorella other than you must avoid taking it with Vitamin C as this is counter productive and will just unbind the toxins. That's why I asked. I don't take the chlorella as often as I probably should.

Wondering too if I can take it together with the charcoal ?
