Its been a month since I began my new job and I absolutely LOVE IT! Having this job is probably the best thing that has happened to me in a while! My overall mood and some of my energy has gotten better. Its amazing and a miracle what has changed in just 1 short month.
With that, I am still training and it's alot to remember. I have alot of brain fog, ST memory and other frustrating cognitive issues that only seem to rear its ugly head while I'm working. Not good.
I have not disclosed my chronic Lyme and Bartonella dx and dont plan to with my work. However, I don't want my supervisor or coworkers to think I'm "slow" or something is off. I do get embarrassed and just laugh it off with them ( they have been so great and welcoming, I am truly very fortunate).
I still worry and get self conscious. Even something I may do 20 times in a short period of time I will forget.
What supplements are good for this? I have L Taurine that I took briefly months ago, may start up with it again. How is Acetyl L Carnitine? Or stuff I can obtain naturally in my diet?
Thank you 💚

My brain fog and feeling like I was not present ended when I went on Armour thyroid. I tested hypothyroid. Have you checked your thyroid levels?

Thyroid's always been normal. I've had so many thyroid tests I lost count!
