I am running out of antihistamines I'm not allergic to and am becoming allergic to all my supplements and foods as well.
If I could just find some antihistamines I could absorb and rotate, things would calm down.
The antihistamines I can tolerate at this time are Standard Processes's Antronex, the herb Stinging Nettle, Pristine Nutraceuticals' AX(Aloe Vera), and farocompany.com's Xanthones (Mangosteen) Powder. These antihistamines aren't enough.
I have managed to become allergic to Vitamin C, quercetin, MSM, serrapeptase, grape seed extract, resveratrol, Cromolyn Sodium, astralagus, and bilbery.
For me to keep going until I can address my body's bigger problems that are causing me to have excess histamine in the first place, I have to be able to eat and take oral agents. I'd be interested in hearing anyone's positive experiences with other antihistamines.
