Every day I use applied kinesiology on myself to identify safe foods to eat the next day. Lately, I've been reacting to so many foods that I stay "reversed" most of the time, and can't test foods.
By "reversed" I mean that when I ask my body the question "If I ask my body a question, will I get a good answer?, my pendulum says "No."
I know of two ways to correct reversal. One is marching in place, alternating my arms going up and down with my legs and then across my chest with my legs. The other is sitting down, alternating bringing my knees up to my extended palms and bringing my knees up to my opposing palms.
Unfortunately, I've been reversed strongly enough that neither of these methods is working effectively. Does anybody know of any other ways to address reversal?
Thanks, GVS

I have the same problem with my polarity being reversed, leading to inaccurate applied kinesiology results.
When I asked, I was told by a chiropractic neurologist that dehydration and/or electrolyte imbalance could cause this. Another person (electro-dermal screening & allergy tech) told me to take lemon water to correct this issue.
I can't say if either of these will help you, just sharing what I was told.
Good luck.
