For anyone looking for a tl;dr on the current state of Disulfiram:
- It seems to help a lot of people in a big way. Patients are reporting being "cured". - There are also plenty of patients for whom it's not effective - Many people experience undesirable side effects that may persist after treatment - There's also a clinical trial in progress but it's unclear when we'll hear of any results
