My LLMD is giving me the green light in one week to start MB.

She told me to use Infuserve as the compounding pharmacy. It looks like they do not take insurance.

When going through Infuserve how much did it cost you?

Thanks 💚

You can ask Infuserve how much it is. They are very responsive to requests for prices. Although, they want you to pay up front, they will bill your insurance and reimburse you if they get insurance payment.

Whether your insurance pay depends on if the pharmacy has to be in-network or not. They are considered a compounding pharmacy, and insurance has clamped down hard against compounding pharmacies, unfortunately.

I'd be curious how you do on MB. It turns your pee blue, I hear!

Rumigirl, I'm gonna definitely give them my insurance info regardless and have them submit it, can't hurt.

Not surprised to hear what they are doing against compounding pharmacies, there could be a number of reasons but a huge one comes to mind is they know us "Lyme loonies" utilize it the most, sad. You're not the only one to mention this.

My urine turning blue is the least of my worries but will be interesting to see lol.

I'll let you know how it goes yes.

The pharmacy called me yesterday, they were awesome.

The MB is not covered by insurance but fortunately not too much money out of pocket. I was actually shocked what I'll pay for a month supply!
