Did some searching but haven't came up with a ton. Not taking any supplements etc which could cause high iron . No history of abnormally high iron in the past few years.
Did have red meat 2x , and had quite a few alcoholic drinks about 2days prior this bloodwork. Not taking any drugs for lyme/co's treatment at this time . I'm at 32 yr old male.
Have some generic symptoms that could come along with high iron , but chicken or the egg story . As to what's lyme, or my high anxiety level etc. ton of overlap it seems. any insight is appreciated.

EEK! Look up hemochromatosis. Stop taking any supplemental iron. if you doctor isn't alarmed or trying to fix this find another doctor. Hemotologist or I hear Gi doctors might do it.
Treatment is simple. Phlebotomies. Although in the beginning it is rough because you have to do it so often (every week or every 2 weeks).
