Supposed to help with nk cells. Will be starting very soon. Does this cause herxing? As I'd guess if your wbc go up you'd start fighting things off more?

I looked it up - comes from shiitake mushrooms. I don't think anyone will herx on mushrooms. Mushrooms of all kinds support the immune system. I take Host Defense, with 17 mushrooms in it. We can also eat mushrooms, put them in soups, etc. Hopefully it will alleviate some symptoms - that's one of our goals!
