I looked it up - comes from shiitake mushrooms. I don't think anyone will herx on mushrooms. Mushrooms of all kinds support the immune system. I take Host Defense, with 17 mushrooms in it. We can also eat mushrooms, put them in soups, etc. Hopefully it will alleviate some symptoms - that's one of our goals!

Mushroom supports the immune system. They are anti-cancer and can help you fight with stress. Mushrooms have a lot of benefits. I can tell you that I tried Reihi mushrooms and the benefits of benefits of reishi mushrooms are unbelievable. Using them properly can significantly boost your body and give you a lot of energy for the rest of the day. I can guarantee you that these mushrooms will certainly help you. You can use these mushrooms if you are facing a problem or just as a prevention of some diseases.

Mushrooms are actually really beneficial for our immune system. Many studies are showing the immunomodulating effects of mushrooms.Medicinal mushrooms have been used for health improvement throughout the entire history. The best are shiitake, Reishi mushroom, turkey tail, and Chaga. For example, for a cold, you can use Chaga and reishi tea. They will boost you back to life!
No wonder ****aki mushrooms are one of the most popular ingredients in East Asian cuisines. They taste amazing and provide a lot of beneficial substances for our bodies.
