I have read lyme blogs where some have lyme induced fibromyalgia or ME/CFS diagnosed by their LLMD. Can this happen? Did anyone see the videos of Hugo Alexander-he had lyme then in the last video he has ME/CFS?

Can it happen sure, is it often misdiagnosed as persistent lyme yes. Funny enough when my lyme is doing better, my diagnosed CFS and Fibro are much better.

in the UK if you go to a GP with lyme symptoms they will 1st run basic tests CBC, LFT, B12, ESR, CRP - which will usually be normal - they will not run even basic elisa lyme test unless you explicitly say you recall a tick bite ( most people will not) and then they will usually diagnose either CFS or FM - depending on whether you complain mainly of fatigue - or mainly of pain - this is the standard course of action that has happed to me, my partner and many lyme patients i have been in contact with.
so in some countries CFS/ FM diagnosis is the norm and prevents lyme patients from getting proper diagnosis and treatment.
