Long story short,
hematologist at GI office thinks I have autoimmune hepatitis and suspects one of my newer supplements to be the culprit, but I am not too sure.

I think it may be lyme , or babesia, or whatever else I have (MCAS?) related. I put off my TBD treatment for about a year to get DX with MCAS (which I did via Afrin),

I have been on numerous supplements from B.M. in PA for genetic counseling and tons of variants linking me to toxicity (heavy metal, mold, ect)

NEVER had a pos. ANA until right now! Does it matter if it's speckled or homogenous??
plus:
alk phos. 500 (liver 400 / bone 92)
GGT 563
ALT 114
AST 57
Bilirubin"Direct" inching its way up and high ton the big normal mark at 2
Bilirubin "total" is normal - IDK what the difference is here...
Albumin right at low normal 3.5
IGM and protein- normal

waiting for LKM test.

Dr. says probably biopsy coming if it doesn't go down from avoidance of causative supplements... But how would I know which ones are doing it? The obvious being the ONE with green tea extract- so I have stopped that one.

I am on so many things to help with inflammation and MCAS, and I can't seem to live without them without a great deal of pain .
Now what?

I see my TBD dr. tomorrow and I will certainly be asking her about it all, but iknow many of you long-timers on here know tons of great stuff.

I have been on so many things for so long. B. M. saiys he thinks none of what he RX me would give me liver issues. The green tea item was from Beyond Balance called MAST-EASE, which I have been taking about a year on and off.

I have 'complex' case with drs and I am trying to avoid ABX, but is that the right idea at this point? Another thing to consider is ABX (some ) can also cause autoimmune Hep.

I find it scary that this liver specialist doesn't know much TBD. I also have connective tissue issues. and now vascular.

You aren't doing energy drinks, are you? That happened to a friend of mine once. His GGT was over 700 .. went to normal after stopping the drinks.

So yes, maybe green tea could do the same.

Did you say you were checked for the vascular from of EDS??

I would personally be hesitant to do abx since they also affect the liver adversely.

Rife??

oh my, energy drinks! NO WAY , I cannot tolerate them at all.

I just saw my LLFMD finally, and she says to stop all things causing harm , including my H1 H2! how can I stop them?? there is no way. I tried to yesterday and I had huge reactions.

but my right sided pain is remarkedly better...

She also said it's my bart that is active, not so much the babs doing all this... but that my health situation is very precarious. which I can tell because I feel like I am slowly dying.

and I am really frightened because if I suddenly die my family will be devastated. our daughter just told us last night she is pregnant! im going to be a grandma!!!!

I begged rheumatologist to please contaCt the connective tissue place for me and the office said they will, but who knows.
I have apt. with vascular dr this coming week, but what will they know?? I hope they know something of what I have going on with all these buggers and what has happened to me.

I feel so alone. like I am going to die and my death with help others but not me.

Lisa .. hang in there. They will help you in time. I feel sure of it. Stay on top of it as best you can.

I know what you mean about energy drinks. I can't do those either!! And no, I can't do without H1's and H2's. I guess she doesn't know very much about the misery that would cause.
