Does anyone else wake up feeling absolutely terrible? Like a hangover but you didn't drink anything the night before?
Also just so incredibly groggy that I just cannot wake up for 45 min. Also foggy, out of breath and just generally ill. It takes coffee and 45 min for me to feel ok every single day. I am in a lyme flare and just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to feel better quicker....

Yes, my mornings are very bad. You mentioned coffee and my eyes lit up.
Headaches Wide-spread pain Dizzy Fatigue Brain Fog Anxiety
I wrote a post when I started my 1st protocol but unfortunately I couldn’t find for you. It was basically how upon first waking in the morning, my brain would immediately triage my bodily functions. And then I would address each one according to severity.
It went away with treatment. Now it’s back. Lyme flare.
Deep sleep is so important for healing. In my case, my sleep is horrific, fitful and everything is on the floor in the morning. I never get into rem’s.
I take alka seltzer plus (contains aspirin) first. Then coffee. Then a long warm shower. Breakfast of champions. (Not)
I am treating with antibiotics.
