Histamine plasma flagged, a 1.8 level is normal, mine was almost 29.
mmp9 results on high side, supposed to be 900 or below, was 862 but not flagged.

mmp9 is a measure of inflammation or cytokine activity, correct? Omega 3 fatty acids may help with that.
Perhaps talk to Lymetoo. She knows a lot about high histamine and is always helpful.
