While stabilizing mast cells and lowering histamine helped me a little bit with the anxiety and worry, i found that attacking it via another pathway was more effective. And that is the inflammatory pathway regulated by NMDA receptors in your brain.
Everyone is a bit different in this way, so this might not apply to you, but you never know. NMDA receptor antagonists are things like zinc, theanine and magnesium(only threonate worked for me). NADH is of great aid as well, but can be hit or miss. And how is your vitamin D intake? Very important to quench active inflammation in the brain and to support your immune system! Again, warning, if you do take supplements, get the most pure ones, and often times it helps to try a couple of different brands.
