Anyone ever been told their anxiety ( or what gives them anxiety) is unexplainable or their anxiety isn't normal for people who usually suffer from it?
I've had others who suffer from anxiety ask me what my "triggers" are and when I tell them they even think it's odd. It's like nobody can relate to mine. I had a psych doctor back in the day even tell me it's a strange phenomenon how my mind works.

Would it be any different than suggesting someone take B vitamins for anxiety and energy? I see people on here ( yourself included) suggest alternative more natural ways, herbs vitamins, supplements etc to help with anxiety.
