Wondering if there is any treatment for latent Lyme after month or so treatment with doxycycline. Don’t know if it’s worth seeking diagnosis if that didn’t work

If you have only treated for a month, I would seek more treatment.
Do you have a LLMD. (Lyme literate medical doctor)? You might try Seeking a Doctor on this website if you haven’t already.
Have you been tested for Lyme and other tick borne diseases?
Many do not respond to treatment within a month and different antibiotics may work for different people. Doxycycline may not be the drug for you.
Antibiotics are often paired. For example I took amoxicillin and flagyl at the same time.
And some have turned to treatments other than antibiotics.
Hopefully someone else will come along to give another answer.
Best wishes and keep asking questions.

Many Lyme sufferers have faced the same thing. Delayed treatment, under treatment and no treatment.
Do you have symptoms? Take the MSIDS questionnaire;
