So, according to Buhner, Stephania is a good replacement for jap Knotweed. I found when was on 1500 mg of jap knot, eventually, that I started to bruise easily. So had to go down.

How are ppls exp with Stephania? Maybe I could take low dose of each

I have not taken stephania. But I did a search on LymeNet and there are 10 pages of info on it. I searched for it in the medical forum. Hope this helps.
