Has anyone used the jemsek protocol for babesia? I had never heard of him, but my lyme doctor just put me on it. Zithromax, mepron, flagyl and artemesinin, all of which I've heard of being used, but not together. It looks like a lot of herxing, which would be worth it if it works.

That is a classic/standard Babesia protocol. He is a caring smart physician. His career started with treating AIDS/HIV patients and then progressed to Lyme patients.
The only warning I will give you is that Flagyl can give you a metallic taste in your mouth. I found drinking liquids through a straw helped to diminish the metallic taste. Because it is important to stay hydrated.
