I was wondering if anyone has been treated by or knows anything about Dr. H, or Dr. O in Winston Salem NC (Wake Forest University Medical School). Thanks Mary V

Don't know anything about these 2 docs personally, but don't have a very high opinion of the Baptist Hospital or any University Hospital as far as that goes. Very few of them know anything about Lyme.
Hubby had a very bad experience with the ER at Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital about 4 years ago. Has been to the ER 28 times since Lyme illness began 5 years ago -- not quite 28 different ER's but probably 15 or so in 7 different states -- hate to say it, but would rate this as one of the worst ER experiences.
Suggest you contact the North Carolina Lyme Disease Foundation (NCLDF) for help.
P.S. Hubby has been examined by neurologists at University of Virginia, Mt Sinai Hospital in New York City, Kansas University and Indiana University -- this is the basis of my opinion.
