Hello! We're looking for a personal recommendation within the NY tri-state area. My brother has had neuro lyme most of his life that went undiagnosed till a few years ago. He is now 26 and has been on treatment for 3 years and getting worse... He's been to 2 LLMD's, first Dr. H in NY and for the last year and a half he's been seeing Dr. K in CT. The problem is he's only been on oral antibiotics and seems to be treading water. He was briefly taken off abx for a short time a year and a half ago due to liver tests and quickly declined getting and keeping new symptoms he never had before- mainly that he now requires a cane to walk due to spastic motor function. He's agreed to get a second opinion on his current treatment so recommendations would be very much appreciated as he's beginning to lose hope on his condition! Thanks so much!
