Please help, my friends adult daughter has just been diagnosed with Lyme (late stage).

Who is the best doc to see who treats co-infections in the surrounding area?

She is willing to travel to get the right treatment but is pretty ill.

Many thanks

Emma

Thanks
It's just it is hard to tell from a list of names...not everyone on the list has a high success rate or even treats co-infections.

I was hoping a particularly good doc could be recommended as I am sure this girl needs co-infections treatment...she won't get that with Dr D.

emma, i suggest you go to support groups, left hand side for your state. click on support group closest to you.

read their info whether they want you to call or email them per THEIR request. that's the best way to find out things! [Wink]

i have seen Dr K in CT. also have heard good things about Dr P in CT.

i'm sure they were on the list sent to you.

also more just over the line in NY.

if there is a DR that you are curious about, maybe create a thread asking for info on that DRs initial and state (like Dr K in CT for instance). people who see that DR will probably be able to give you the best info.

let me know if i can help you track down more info.

thanks
bill
