I am almost positive I have Lyme. I am 17 and have been so ill for such a long time. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease(gluten intolerance). I just would like to see if I could get help from an LLMD as I'm almost positive I have Lyme. Thank you! (by the way, I live in Los Angeles)

knshore:

There are quite a few people with Lyme in Los Angeles. Many travel out of town to see an LLMD, but there are some options close to LA.

For local info on doctors, please join the California Lyme group on yahoo at
http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/CaliforniaLyme/

Also, I highly recommend printing out and reading Dr. Burrascano's treatment guidelines on the ILADS website www.ilads.org. Tons of important info there!

Good luck,

Hillary
