I suspect I have LD and am looking for a Dr. to discuss and do testing. I'm thinking that it might be worth trying meds. before I get results back since I worry that I'm just exposed to further damage the longer I go without treatment.
Thanks in advance, Christine

I am not aware of any docs near you at all. There's someone in Vancouver, and Hope BC. Let me know if you'd like these names (Click on the envelope with 2 people just above my post).
Have you checked to see if there are any Support Groups nearby? They will have lists of local docs. There's a link on the upper left side of this page. There should be a separate section for Canadian Support Groups. CALL, don't email them.

I found a support group through canlyme.com and also healthboards has a lyme message board... luckily there was one person from Toronto who had LD and saw a Dr. locally.
So- now I just need a referral from my family Dr... I doubt she'll want to persue this LD theory but I will push for it.... wish me luck!
Thanks again for your help!!!
