I am seeking a qualified LLMD in the North Florida (Jacksonville) area or even South Georgia to Central Florida?
I am a 38 Y/O Male in supposedly excellent health apart from what appears to be some sort of 'small fiber sensory neuropathy' - best described as burning/hypensensitivity of the feet/lower legs and hands/forearms that is maddening...also experiencing tinnitus in one ear and terrible sleep patterns.
This ALL started in earnest in November '06 after doing a full body toxin and parasite cleanse after being very lethargic with brain fog, extreme anxiety and sporadic shooting nerve pains after bad flu in October 2004. Strangely enough, I now have good energy and pretty clear mind but this 'idiopathic neuropathy' has everyone stumped and I am still suspicious of Lyme.
Have tested negative for just about everything that causes these nerve problems, have normal CBC and of course a negative Lyme Western Blot from LabCorp.
To not be any more long-winded, would it be advisable to go ahead with an Igenex test?
Thanks for any help, B
