I live north of Salt Lake City most of the year, but I am staying with my sister in southwest Iowa for the winter. Please let me know if there are any LLMDs you recommend in either of these locations.

I don't know if I have lime disease, but after learning and reading more about it over the past few months, I believe it's an illness I really need to investigate. I appreciate being able to inquire about physicians here on your website. I have been ill for 20 years now, and have scraped the bottom of the "hope" barrel more than once.
