Hello, I'm seeking a Dr. in NC. We're close to Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Durham but will go anywhere in NC - even Va.

20 yr. old daughter had severe sore throat, then optic neuritis, then fatigue, attention span problems, then a little trouble with numbness in hands and feet and some spasms in hands and feet, has swollen lymph nodes - some days worse than others, and has become sensitive to cold. We live out in the country and have LOTS of ticks. She's been bitten dozens of times but we never remember a bull's eye rash. Upon researching I found her symptoms resembled Lyme's and would like to have her checked out. She has been to a neurologist who doesn't see the need to be checked for Lyme's. He says she will develop MS and that is her problem. Thanks for your help. She is only experiencing some eye pain each day right now.
