Not to bite off of nancycilverspring's thread, but I am having the same problem. it seems none of these doctors accept insurance. how do you guys afford it? Right now i am set up with an Infectious Disease doctor in DE for the 29th, as I have no other options. Can anyone supply me with a doctor in NJ, PA or De that does? I am willing to travel! Thanks.

The only reason I know that is because I'm seeing him sometime in the next 5 months (that's going to be a long wait). And I had to find someone who takes insurance.
