I need to find a primary care doc or ID doc in maryland who will understand lyme, or at least is willing to respect the fact I am doing long term abx and treat me when I have other illnesses. anyone?

We don't maintain lists of PCP's. Contacting Support Groups in your area may be your best bet to find out what local docs the members are using.
