Good and smart DR, no follow up from office staff. After spending $1,000 to see him they NEVER set up my IV Abx. Office staff would not follow through.
I had to change LLDs just to get them. What a waster.

How did you make out? I'm now in same boat as you - seeing Dr. K thinking of seeing Dr. W b/c he follows ILADS guidelines supposedly.
curious to hear any feedback you have.
