After a visit to the ER a little over 3 weeks ago with severe (full body) joint pain I was placed on Doxxy (2x/day for 21 days) and diagnosed with Lyme. The tests came back negative which I understand is not uncommon but since I reacted so well to the Doxxy with the combination of the symptoms, my PC Doc would like me to see a specialist for a more complete clinical diagnosis. I am in Central Maine. Any help is appreciated. I want to work on this ASAP as I am now off the Doxxy and don't want it to get worse again.
