Howdy -- I was diagnosed a few years ago and received the antibiotics shortly after infection. Unfortunately, my hands are now becoming increasingly arthritic and I suspect that the arthritis may be due to the infection. If anybody knows of a doctor (or few) who specialize int LD treatment/care, I'd love to hear from you.
