About 3 years ago my daughter was bitten by a tick and she was really sick with Lyme and Babesiosis. We saw Dr J in CT. He was amazing! Unfortunately, she was bitten again and had an EM rash. Her pediatrician gave her 10 day amoxicillin. (Are you kidding me???) I seemed to have lost the number for Dr J. (With six small children, things tend to disappear.) Is he still practicing and does anyone have his number?? If not, is there anyone in/near NJ that treats children? I am really concerned that she has another co-infection. Seems to have those similar malaria-like symptoms.
Thank you!
Melissa
