Just pulled a deer tick from my leg a few hours ago. Have 2 friends misdiagnosed and ill for years so don't want to mess around with this. Is there a Lyme Literate doc you can recommend? I live in Los Gatos, CA, near San Jose, (northern CA). Will send tick to Igenix in Palo Alto for testing. Have dr. appt. w/ a non expert to see if I can start antibiotics tomorrow at 7:45 am
