I am a 44 year old with all the classic lyme symptoms including arthritis and neurologic syptoms coming on now (stabbing pain in neck and headaches). The standard lyme blood tests are negative so my rheumatologists insists it is "just arthritis" and wants to start me on the heavy duty immunosuppressants without any actual positive diagnosis for arthritis. I need to see a good lyme literate doc somewhere in MA.
Thank you in advance.

You seem to know not to take immunosuppressants. Definitely avoid that at all costs as long as lyme is suspected and hasn't been ruled out by a lymeliterate doctor.
I'll PM you some suggestions.
good luck.
