hello all..

like all of you unfortunately i was diagnosed with Lyme Disease.

This happened in October 2009 and I belive that I have the early stages since I dont suffer much from symptoms like others.

i used 3 months non stop of Doxycyline Hyclate 100mg x 2 a day prescribed by my doctor.

First month results showed I had 2 bars.
Second month results showed 1 bar ( doctor said i was improving)
and at the end of the third month results came back 3 BARS!! and of course i am all upset and my doctor (family practitioner) is not the right one to get angry since she has been very helpful all along with her good attitude.
however, i really need to understand what is happening to me?

instead of improving i am getting more bars in the results... on the other hand, chronic lyme disease results are negative!

So, i need a really good doctor to help me as i want to get rid of this crazy illness which may cause bad problems that others are going through.

I would appreciate if you can suggest a good doctor and maybe comment what you think I might be going through??

Hi, Siciliano. I'm living in the same area and am having the same problems. I've had joint pain for about a year and only recently tested positive for lyme disease. Doxycyline hasn't helped and I am desperate for a good doctor. Can you pleases send me your suggestion for a doctor in the Morristown area?
