I need to get referrals to any LLMD's in Colorado Springs, CO or surrounding areas. I really don't know how it will all come together but, I'm reaching out to begin doing what I know will be necessary for my healing.

I've had severe chronic lyme symptoms for over 4 years. I remember it beginning after a camping trip where I was fishing in long grasses/ marsh with my pants rolled up and not a care in the world. I was a fit and healthy 24 yr. old with no chronic symptoms of any kind. I had no idea what a tick harbored or that I needed to protect myself at that time.

About 3 mo. later I started getting all these concerns with my health. I already took very good care of my health. I worked at a natural cafe I helped open next to a fitness center. exercising daily, eating good, had stresses and normal problems but, then came the onset of my nightmare.

I remember eating chicken tacos with flour tortillas a normal thing to eat. I got a boil on my right cheek about 2-3 in. dia. At the time I was feeling not well more and more ie: tired a lot, sleep disturbances, unusual joint and muscle problems, it was like I got a really bad "cold" or something and it just never went away just deeper. I was getting severe sinus problems, feeling dehydrated when I know I drink enough water. exercising or trying to and feeling worse.

When I got the boil I went straight to a natural doctor because something was definitely amiss.
that N.D reffered me to my step sister who was learning applied nutrition response testing and she was also a chiropractor. Her father is also a chiropractor and owns the business they operate.

I had seen Dr. Jenn ever since now because it has been all I can afford. Though it has helped with the nutrition supplementation it has not been at all enough. She had lyme and suffered severe neuro symptoms like vertigo and claims she has gotten over it with what she practices, Nutrition Response Testing.

When I found out I had lyme or borrelia burgdefori, I researched how to get better and found a terrible reality. I knew I would not have the resources to get the necessary treatment for my problem. But, I believed in myself to get better holistically. I was able to use a infra red sauna and an aqua chi unit for a short time in the beginning. it helped. I also used any info , remedy, bodywork, etc. that I could to help.

Since 2006 I have experienced severe chronic neurological / gastrointestinal / musculoskeletal / circulatory / lymphatic / endocrine / respritory symptoms
Used only whole food supplements, herbs, homeopathic, exercises and stretches, water and ozone, diet modification, to help myself. Sorry, got to leave the library now so next time I'll try to organize my thoughts better. Thanks very much and peace be near until next time.
