I was going to say -- run far away -- if this is the neuro at NYU.
Lymetoo -- hubby had a bad experience in December 2007. Have talked to others since. The major issue is that he is trying way too hard to "sell" his IV IgG treatments and knows little or anything about coinfections.
One person I know had had zero treatment. He wanted to give her IV IgG without even trying antibiotics first. Would not test for coinfections and she ended up having bartonella and babesia both come back positive. Is now in remission from another doc after 18 months or so of antibiotics.
