My husband and I are considering moving to Fl. Are there any good Dr.'s in FL? We haven't nailed down where in Fl, we just want to go where it's warm. We've never liked the cold, and since I've been sick, the cold is very hard to tolerate.

I also was wondering would a warmer climate be better or worse as far as being sick with Lyme?

There will be more mold in Florida. The pickings are slim for qualified doctors. One ILADS doc in FL is semi-retiring.
I used to live in St. Petersburg and felt worse in the heat. Had to stay inside all the time.
I hope someone else can help.

Things are never dull. After 3 fighting Lyme, 2 are in remission. Youngest is still sick, age 22. He has new diagnosed Chiari Malformation and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Thanks Kari. I haven't had any response as to where LLMD's would be in Fl. If we're going to move, I want to go where the Dr.'s are. Thanks.
