I hope your friend has found a lyme literate doctor to help. I wanted to pass along that we are having a Lyme Support group meeting in Louisville on Sept 15th @ 1pm.
I hope your friend might find a way to come to the meeting. You can find additional info by signing onto the lymenet site and looking at the general discussion thread.
I am going to send you a private message also trying to make contact, so you can give your friend some additional info.
