Can you refer a doctor or naturpath who can help with sympmtoms of neuro lyme in someone who had contracted lyme while visiting the east coast 6 years ago, with bulls eye rash, treated with 3 weeks antibiotics, but has continued to have arthritic symptoms ever since. Neuro symptoms over the past 2-3 years now.

Thanks!

None there... at least none worth of the time and money. Most in TX go out of state for help.

Any GOOD LLMD can address the neuro symptoms... it comes along with the territory.

Information sent!!

Thanks, got the PM. Crazy that there is no one good in the whole big state of Texas...

I'm new at this, and starting to realize that I'm using the wrong term. It's not neurological lyme that I'm tring to get help for, it's cognitive symptoms, like short term memory loss, brain fog. Very disturbing symptoms that make you feel like you are losing your mind. THis is only the latest, after years of pain and exhaustion. It's like the initial course of antibiotics did nothing.

Yes, the initial course of abx did absolutely nothing. If anything, it made the bacteria more resistant to abx.

I believe your cognitive symptoms do correlate with neuro-Lyme. Also you're definitely in late-stage or chronic Lyme.

Have you read Dr B's guidelines? It has a lot of good info that will help you.
