I have ACLD and symptoms are progressing... I can't find a Dr. in Utah with enough knowledge of the disease to treat me. I need a Dr. who knows what he/she is doing to try and help. Thanks for any advice on this.

I suggest you attend the support group next Saturday 1-3 p.m. at Alta View Hospital. You may be able to get some help. We have treated with various healthcare providers here, but have ended up traveling out of state. Not enough education and training here yet, in my opinion. Many do recognize the disease and make an effort to treat. My daughter was diagnosed here. I was disatisfied in the lack of thorough testing for coinfections etc.
