I have recently taken the CD57 test after seeing a naturopath. Seems I have Lyme Disease, and based on my history - have had it for years.
However, I cannot find a doctor that will treat Lyme (heard everything from it does not exist, there is not such thing as chronic lyme, lyme is not in GA, etc.). I was hoping to find an infectious disease doctor - but they won't tell me if they treat it until I make an appt. And I can't make an appt if I have not been diagnosed and given a referral.
Any help or direction would be a HUGE help!!!
Thank you!

Please stay away from Infectious disease doctors!! They have no clue about this terrible disease or its complex treatment.
You need to see a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD) - far and few between, unfortunately!! I don't know of any LLMDs in your area, but I'm sure others will pm you with information.
You might want to click on "Support Groups" in the upper left-hand corner of the Lymenet page, then the state you are looking for. Contact information will come up. Maybe they can help you.
