Ten plus years of muscle aches, joint pain, foggy thinking, limiting my activity, fruitless visits to multiple doctors, test after test, with no result beyond "FMS". I had Lyme in 1990. I pulled off a tick and developed a bull's eye rash, had severe headaches, treated with dycloxicillim for 30 days. Now I wonder if that treatment was not sufficient, or if I was reinfected. The rate of lyme-carrying ticks in NH is among the highest in the nation.
Would love to find a llmd. Anyone know if that big medical group in Derry might have one? I don't want to travel too far, as it hurts to drive.
