I've ben recently diagnosed with Lyme. I"m 36 female and a single mom of 3 kids. I know ive had this for a long time, maybe up to 10+ years

my main symtoms are neurological, but also joint pain, severe nausea, some psychiatric symtoms (paranois, etc) sleep problems (can sleep 18 hours straight or not sleep for 3 days).

Looking for an LLMD or naturopath that will treat this aggressivenllty because I can tell already losing brian funciton and so sacred i'll never get it abck.

any help apprecciarted. I live in Northern NJ, but 3 other states are close for me - PA, NY, and CT.

Money kind of an issue. 3 months behinds on rent because no schild support and havent been able to work in over 6 motnsh due to symtpoms.

i don't know what I'm going to do. Deep down know I'm really sick. try not to let kids see that and it's kind of a joke when I lose things or call them by wrong name, they say I have Alzheimers and laugh. but its not funny.

current MD just gave me 3 weeks on doxycyline and seems to think that will fix everything. I ahve my doubts. I've been treating myself with my limited knowledge of herbal & holistic medicine, tring to buidl up immune system.

just don't kjnow where to start. sorry if bad typing i can't see to well adn have to pretty much sit in teh dark because i can't stand the light.

[confused]

Diagnosed 11-26-12 with Lyme, but have likely had it at least 5-10 years (just judging by symptoms. etc).

Sounds like you are in big trouble because treatment is not cheap. I'll send you some names of Drs.

You may want to read over in Medical and see about buying herbs yourself.

Be sure to get tested for babesiosis. It can cause nausea.
