Call them and ask if there is someone they could refer you to while you are waiting. I think they do that sometimes.

Just don't wait! Get a doctor to give him antibiotics right away and you may knock it out. A bullseye rash is absolutely Lyme disease. You could take him to an urgent care clinic. They sometimes know better than the regular docs. Ann - OH
