Being lethargic started when I was 15. I'd been to multiple doctors, and was misdiagnosed over the last 10+yrs with ADD, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, "a form of nacolepsy". One Dr thought I possibly had a brain tumor, or silent seizures and sent me to a neurologist. I gained almost 100lbs after my 2nd pregnancy over the last 3 years and could not figure out why. I'm almost 27 and was finally diagnoses with "extreme hypothyroidism". My symptoms consist of chronic fatigue, lethargy, brain fog, lost time, migraines, lock jaw, neck stiffness, arthritis like pains in my hands, painful soles(feet), fibromyalgia like pains(not officially diagnosed), bones ache, muscle weakness, heart palpitations that have gotten worse the last month. I am either so tired I can't stay awake, or in so much pain that I'm up all night no matter how tired I am. I was in the ER with symptoms of a heart attack. No heart attack, but the ER Dr said I need to see my GP first thing this week because there's clearly something wrong with me. Now I've been battling nausea the last few days, and today I've been throwing up all day and my entire abdomen from my ribs down to my pelvic bone hurts, and my stomach feels like it's on fire... I'm sure there's something I've missed.
I need a Dr in Nevada that will want to help me.

Not that I know of... I have a friend with Lyme and said I should make sure I don't have it, because I have all the same symptoms.

Welcome to Lymenet! PM sent with some suggestions for AZ.
You need to be evaluated and treated by a Lyme-literate doctor (LLMD). I don't know of any in Nevada.
The best approach in treating Lyme disease and its co-infections is antibiotics and herbs. Of course, there are some people who cannot tolerate antibiotics or are allergic to them.
Please break up our posts into 2-3 sentence paragraphs, as there are people on Lymenet who cannot read large blocks of text due to neurological problems from Lyme. Thanks.
