Anyone know US doctors that can help treat parasites?

NY in particular could help but seems NY doctors aren't too educated on parasites outside the easier to find ones. There's one in NYC that does a scope exam I've seen a few times but he didn't find anything last visit with him and he didn't much more than his test and a blood test and serology.

There is a llmd in Jackson NJ who seems to know about parasites but she seems to do mainly herbals with parasites.

I'm seeing doctor in St Louis also who treats them but so far it seems hit and miss with his treatments. He at least uses real medicines (along with supplements and herbals). His med doses are pretty high though I need to adjust them. For example ivermectin three times a day seems like too much to me.

Anyway if anyone has any leads on doctors that can tackle parasites solidly including with medications and diagnosing however they may do so would be of interest.

Thanks
